Carpenter wanted in Sullivan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a carpenter in Sullivan County, New York. You will be based at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board. Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
