Commis chef — McHenry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in McHenry County, North Dakota. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
