Maintenance painter wanted in Clinton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Clinton County, Michigan. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Your main tasks: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
