You will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Rotating shifts.
