Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Blanco County, Texas. The job is at a busy building site. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations.
