Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper.
