Cook wanted in Edu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Edu, Kwara State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦5,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
