System formwork carpenter • Slough, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Slough, England. You will be based on a residential tower site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
