Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mellette County, South Dakota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 6+ years on the tools preferred.
