Plant operator — Todd County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Todd County, Kentucky. You will work in an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance You will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
