Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in Vernon County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Rotating shifts. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
