You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
