Coating plant operator • Frontier County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Frontier County, Nebraska. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
