Scullery hand — Leake County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Leake County, Mississippi. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
