Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Alkaleri, Bauchi State. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
