Bodyshop painter — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Washington County, Oklahoma. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
