Gantry crane operator — Freeborn County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Freeborn County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
