We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Lincoln County, Missouri. The job is at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
