What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of local roads and areas • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg The role involves: • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub • Check fuel and tyre pressure before every shift • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
