Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Derbyshire, England. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer £6,600 per project plus benefits.
