Lathe programmer-operator — Webster County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Webster County, Mississippi. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day to day you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
