Tile mason — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile mason in Jackson County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
