Trainee butcher wanted in Dan Musa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Dan Musa, Katsina State. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
