Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in New Kent County, Virginia. You will work on residential construction sites. The role involves replace worn washers, seals and float valves; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; connect overhead and underground water tanks; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
