Kitchen steward wanted in Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Putnam County, Indiana. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Part-time with flexible hours.
