Bread baker — Shropshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Shropshire, England. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
