Bread and bun maker — Major County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Major County, Oklahoma. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
