Kitchen cook — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Washington County, Virginia. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
