Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
