Crane operator — York County

Join our team: we are hiring a crane operator in York County, Maine. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Day-to-day duties: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
