Urgent requirement: paint booth operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Kerr County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
