Toolroom milling operator wanted in Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Union County, North Carolina. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
