Powder coating technician — Forest County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Forest County, Wisconsin. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
