Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Graham County, Arizona. You will work at a busy bakery. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
