Tiling assistant — Shelby County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Shelby County, Iowa. You will work in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Requirements: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Your main tasks: • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
