Punch press operator wanted in Howard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Howard County, Nebraska. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Your main tasks: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Full-time with occasional weekends.
