Dishwasher — La Plata County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in La Plata County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
