Argon welder wanted in Ventura County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Ventura County, California. You will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
