We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Marion County, Kansas. You will work on a high-rise building site. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle.
