Immediate opening: baker (Anambra State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Ekwusigo, Anambra State. The job is in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
