Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Maigatari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Maigatari, Jigawa State. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Your main tasks: • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
