Now hiring: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Union County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts You will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
