Powder coating operator — Clark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Clark County, Ohio. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
