Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Mills County, Texas. The job is in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
