Dough maker — Curry County

Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
