Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazier in Highland County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred The role involves: • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass 3+ years on the tools preferred.
