Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator in Catawba County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them Requirements: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Keen eye for detail on quality checks Meals and transport allowance provided.
