Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Glasscock County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
