Lift installation engineer — Hamilton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Hamilton County, Texas. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
