Material handler — Yancey County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a material handler in Yancey County, North Carolina. The job is at a regional distribution hub. Ideal candidate: • Valid counterbalance/reach forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent) • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking The role involves keep aisles, racking and the yard clean and free of obstructions; carry out cycle counts and full stock takes; wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels; check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders; load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck; pack items into cartons and seal them with tape. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
